Step 2 - complete health intake forms

Step 3 - schedule 60 min intake consultation

Step 4 - after our call you will receive your personalized action plan going over nutrition, eating habits, lifestyle, supplements.

Step 5 - book follow up calls every 2 weeks to touch base as I support you in implementing the action plan and making changes.

Follow ups allow us to check in, ask questions, make adjustments and observe progress along the way. We also stay in contact by email throughout the entire program.
